unable to found records in rsa3.

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to extract data(0CRM_SRV_PRO_PLAN) from CRM system the data is loaded in bw system and showing around 500records. But when i checked in RSA3 it is showing 1record.

Testers created so may service orders and i am able to see all the service orders in application(Tcode: 0CRM_OBJ_ID) but i can't see any service orders(records) in bw queue and RSA3.
