Hi,

currently we installed a new BIW system in an already existing BI older version system. After installing new system as separate instance ,when i tried restarting the os ..the older BI system is not able to operate.

when i try to start its showing the trace as TNS:protocol adapter not loadable.

thing is we got to deliver this system by this weekend..

kindly help us resolving the issue..

Hi,

This problem because of over writing of TNS listner file.

While installing new system, you will get opting Keep listner.ora. I think you didn't select that option.

check configuration using LSNRCTL
