Single pr for multiple Components in the Work Order.

Hi All, I want to have a single pr for multiple Components in the Work Order generated from PM Module. At the same time i need 2 different document types for Service and Material PR.

Pls. guide how can we achieve both the requirements.

Hi,

A single PR will be generated for all Non-Stock materials if you select "COLLECTIVE PR" indicator . you can choose this in the Configuration

and for your second Question, you need to use Exit to have a separate Document type . Try to check this Enhancement

Hi Santosh,

We have used the User Exit ZXCOZU01 for splitting the document type for Services. And Collective PR Indicator unchecked. Only then system is creating different document types for Material and Services. But in this case multiple PR's are created for Material components.

The requirement is to have different document types for both Material and Services and at the same time a combined Material PR for multiple components in PM Order.

If I am ticking the Collective PR Indicator, it is creating a Single PR including Service also. Whereas we want 2 diff document types for Material & Service PR and a Combined Material PR for multiple components.

Only either of them is happening-Either we are getting diff doc types(for Mat & Services) and multiple pr's for material. Or Combined PR for both material and services.
