reset SID password but error: your e-mail activation link is invalid

Hi support,

We followed note 2425655 and 2399123.

But we still get Error: your e-mail activation link is invalid for sid S0011298263.

Please help this issue. thanks.

sorry to hear about your difficulties. please contact Product Support by submitting an incident ticket online. It may be that they need to contact Cloud Operations to resolve this.
