Hello everybody!
I'm starting to implement the Catalog and Order Management B2B in ISA (R/3 Edition) variant with Internet Sales R/3 Edition, and it has some prerequisites, wich are:
SAP E-Selling Web Application Components 4.0
TREX 6.0
IPC 4.0
I'm having some questions about them:
-Wich of them are mandatory?
-Can I have these components on different servers?, or they have to be placed in one server? (specifically with TREX)
-Can I connect IPC with ECC? how can I do this?
If there's some document or link, i'll appreciate it.
Thx in advance,
Juan

-Wich of them are mandatory?
ALL (I think)
-Can I have these components on different servers?, or they have to be placed in one server? (specifically with TREX)
I feel TREX should be present on the same server where ISA is loaded
-Can I connect IPC with ECC? how can I do this?
There will be a JCO Configuration which we have to do on the IPC. Thats makes IPC to connect with ECC.
And an advice is please post Web related queries on the Web Application Forum.
Many Thanks
Jack

Thx Jack, I didn't know where to put this kind of thread... sorry
I got two more questions:
- Can I do the connection between IPC an ECC without CRM? (remember I'm using Internet Sales R/3 Edition)
- What are exactly the SAP E-Selling Web Application Components? and where I can find info about them?
Thx in advance again,
Juan
Hi Juan
Sorry for the late reply ! I was away from work for sometime !
- Can I do the connection between IPC an ECC without CRM? (remember I'm using Internet Sales R/3 Edition)
YES. On the IPC Configuration Page, You have give the User, Password and ECC Host to which the IPC has to connect !
- What are exactly the SAP E-Selling Web Application Components? and where I can find info about them?
