SRM 4.0: Approval Notes disappearing when changing Vendor in Shopping Cart

We are currently using SRM 4.0 with EBP Extended classis version setup. The problem we are experiencing is that when an individual that has shop on behalf authority creates a shopping cart and puts in approval notes but goes back and changes the vendor using the search feature the approval notes disappear each time. If the SC creator changes the vendor to a suggested vendor after deleting the vendor the approval notes disappear.

Also, individuals shopping with the shopping cart wizard don't experience approval notes disappearing from the box even if they delete the vendor and use the search to replace the vendor.

Has anyone experience this problem b4?

Hi

Please verify whether the all the users have necessary authorization (reoles and profiles) to add text.

Also refer to Shopping cart creator inbox, whether once the text is added by the Vendor, the item displays comes back to the creator's inbox. If yes, then it is related with the Shopping cart Approval Workflow.
