Inbound Queue not visible in SMQ2, after starting Material replication

Hi Experts, I am facing the following issue,

System Info :

SRM 5.0

ECC 6.0

I am trying to replicate two materials from the backend R/3 system.

This is my sequence of operations in SRM:

I deleted exisiting queues in SMQ2 and started initial load.

When I go to SMQ2, I do not see any inbound queues.

Please let me know if you know what the problem is.
