Hello, We have had an issue with Crystal Reports beginning with the worldwide Webroot issue last week. We have restored files from backup, ran a System Restore, removed Webroot, and reinstalled Crystal. We get the same errors. This is a single-instance license of CR version 14.1.7.1853. The users have multiple reports that were generated from Macola and sit on the server. The users browse out to these reports and double-click on them to open. When we try and open them now the user is first presented with the error "The saved data will be discarded since one or more formulas failed to compile". The only option to click is OK. Once we click OK and then try to print we receive the error "UFL 'u2le4sys.dll that implements this function is missing". The only option to click is OK. It then pulls up a Formula Workshop Editor screen. To the best of my knowledge we have only two computers using Crystal and both are exhibiting the same symptoms. These are local installs browsing out and trying to open reports saved on the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Michael

Hi Michael,

That is a UFL created by Macola to use in formulae in your reports. You need to contact them to get it again or re-install their software which should copy it to this folder. Or search your PC for it and manually copy it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86
