How many delivered file formats for payments exist for sap

I realize that this is a pretty basic questions but I'm not familiar with the answer. Could someone please instruct me as to how many file formats are available and what they are? I also realize that everyone tweaks them a little bit for their clients needs but in standard SAP mySAP ERP 2005 how many different version are available?
