Hi,
My table is like this
Create table neDailyinfo ( User_id Integer, User_name varchar(20), Today_Date DATE);
but here the case is with my system i am getting date as 01-may-2017 but i want to insert date along with time as dd-mmm-yyyy HH:ss so please help me to do this in oracle databse .
so how i need to create table to accept date as dd-mmm-yyyy HH:ss because i am not adding date manually i am adding date by another method so help me to resolve this.
Oracle's 'date' data type is a misnomer as it also carries time information.
On most other DB systems (and also on MaxDB) you need to use a 'timestamp' data type instead.
