Attendance regularisation in ESS

Hi All,

We have a requirement from business which alows the employee to regularise attendance in case they are out of office on officail work. In this case the employee will come back and log his regularisation request which will go to superior for approval.

On approval the resp Atendance infotype will be updated.

Is ther a standard workflow, service available in ESS . We are working on BP 50.4 and ECC 5.0.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Regards

PN

    Hi

Even if the employee is out of his office( on official work) he can access the portal and record his working times, which are sent to his superior for approval.

The approver can then approve or reject the timings.

    Hi

We also have a similar requirement for attendance regularisation and are exploring using " Record Working Time" iview.

Have you been able to use this iview to meet your requirement.
