startsap - DB error

Hi ,

I am getting the below error for Oracle 12.1 DB connection from a JAVA system while starting up the system.

Error: Couldn't connect to DB
com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Exception of type java.sql.SQLRecoverableException caught: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection.

Hi Daniel,

The error means java cannot connect database. Please check the java configuretool and test the db connection.
Also make sure the database connection string maintained in secure store/configure tool is correct.
