HTTP Address doesnot work

I have installed NW Sneak Preview on my local PC and all the services in the console is running,

When i tried to give http:// <Host Name > :50000/ in the IE

I am getting the following error Page cannot be displayed.

Sorry i need to log this issue from Other id.

As I am not able to trace my Password.
