Uploading Master data

hi,

i am trying to upload

MATERIAL PLANT

42611-515-1 K

42611-515-1 M

master data through a flat file I have around 21000 records in total out of

which 6000 matrials have two plants due to this I have around 6000 duplicate

records and they are showing error. how can i load whole 21000 records
