When doing an end to end implementation for HCM, what sub modules need to be configured first. What should be the sequence of the configuration please?

If you are going for on premise HCM modules, it is always better to go ahead with below sequence starting with core HCM modules-
1. Organization Management
2. Personnel Administration
3. Time Management
4.Payroll
5. Talent Modules (Enterprise Learning-Performance Management System )
6. Employee Self Services-Manager Self Services.
If you have any other HCM modules in scope kindly, let us know .
