GST : Tax on FOC not be charged to customer

hi,

We are in the process of implementing GST . The requirement is that in the Free of charge delivery or Sample sales tax should not be charged to customer. it should be paid by the company .

If i make these JOCG, JOSG and JOIG stastical, then it will not post to accounts.

If i am not making statistical , then it is charged to customer.

can anyone help me further ?

As you have already been asked, use the Primary Tag correctly. For all CIN related queries, you should use the one which I have changed from Sales. Coming to your query, not sure whether you are a functional consultant in which case, you should be knowing how to handle this requirement. Simple is that you should have separate pricing procedure for normal sales and FOC sales where for FOC sales, you should set those condition types as statistical.
