Hi,

check sapdp00 service in service file.

check wether your central instance number is '00' or something else

also check the SAP is up or not

    Hi,

I think u did not enter the sapdpxx in services file.Goto below path

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\services

set sapdpxx 32xx/tcp in services file(here xx denotes u r instance number).

    i hope it will you

Check if the user has installed the msn messenger 7.5. In a specific version the services file becomes unusable and windows cannot read it. In this case the erro is "sapdpxx unknow".

Check the note 882741 SAP Logon: "Logon balancing error", service 'sap...' unknown.

      Best regards.
