unable to see Spool Numbers

Hi all,

Now I am maintain all the job names and Spool Numbers etc in an Excel sheet. I have to maintain all the jobs which are executed in Background daily. Yesterday I have collected all jobs and its Corresponding Spool Numbers. The problem occurs when I am going to see the Spool numbers today, the error I am getting is: No Spool is Available. I mean I am unable to see some of the spool numbers. Why this is like this?

1) hope u r giving correct values at selection screens

2) may be spool has been deleted by some programs

Hi all,

Spool numbers are deleted for every 7 days. Thats why iam unable to watch some of the spool Numbers.
