Alerts in IC WebClient for CRM 5.0

Hi all

I am working on CRM 5.0. In IC WebClient I have made all the configuration for Alert Modeler. I created an Alert profile to which I have assigned a Reminder alert. This is configured for the event 'BPConfirmed'.

But in the CIC screen, when a bp gets confirmed, it gives me an error 'Failed to send alert message to browser'.
