Issue with Pick Pack & Pass Process In EWM

Hi All,

I Configured Pick Pack & Pass Process Working fine means i am able to pick all the items first then going to GI ZONE.

Now i added the Storage Process( ZOUT ) in my warehouse order creation rule PPPP now when i process it in RF after first item picking i am getting the error like Unable to create WT for WT something like this.

Reason: i added the ZOUT Storage Process to the WOCR PPPP but based on this rule in my case 4 WO's Created. 1 Higher Level + 3 Child Level for all the 4 WO's the WOCR is PPPP Only, so when system processing 1st WO which will pick the first product into pick hu after the picking completed as ZOUT is exist it is going to OB02 but my picking is not completely done i need to pick 2nd & 3rd Products too.

Q) How to achieve this , can any one help me on this ?.

In the above for all 40000225 , 40000226 , 40000227 ,40000224 the WOCR is PPPP and that contains storage process ZOUT.

I have question , I am also working on the pick pack and pass scenario .

The issue is the third warehouse order is locked and the system is giving an error in the RF ." no open warehouse order are opened " .

It is showing as waiting .

Usually the system should take the stock to the GI-zone but here I am not able to see the same .

Please let me what I am missing , I have attached the screen shot for the same .

Hi,

i believe you will have a queue block in SMQ2, can you please check & let me know , if no queue block then check the log & let me know.

Hi Vamsi ,

You are correct there is a queue pending in smq2 , I have cleared the queue and it is working fine now .
