Dear All,

I am trying to configure data integration between twitter and HCP via SDI twitter adapter but i am facing issues while trying to create remote source, Below is the error message which i get when i try to save my remote source connection. Any input would be a great help.

Remote source updated
SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

This is something related to Java and error itself suggest to not pass any parameter but i am not very sure where do i need to change this setting. kindly request you to please provide your input on this, Thanks

Hello Pankaj,

check the following note : 2413687 - Data Provisioning Agent unable to locate Twitter certificates

Hello Ruter,

Thanks for your input.I followed the steps mentioned in note but it does not go through. all the time i end up with connection timed out error.

Please find detailed error message as below.

Also, I tried changing twitter account time zone but i am not able to change it to GMT (UTC). I change the account time zone setting to GMT(UTC) but after i save the changes, by default it takes different timezone. It would be great if you can add your inputs on this. Thanks

I am receving a timeout error when attempting to create a remote source for twitter. Just wondering what you changed to resolve your issue?

Hello Jo-Anne,

Are you running the DP Agent behind a proxy ?
