Mass change on UOM in MI04

Hi,

In MI04 (Enter Inventory Count), how do we do mass change on the UOM for one whole particular count sheet? The default UOM in MI04 is get from the base unit of measure in master data.

If let say during the inventory count, we want to change it to other alternate UOM during the count entering in MI04 (on one whole particular count sheet), how do we do so?
