What is the best approach to integrate C4C data with Satmetrix, a survey management application


The client is trying to integrate C4C with Satmetrix, a cloud based Customer Experience Management software. I am aware that C4C has native survey capability, but they would like to know it is possible to send a notification from C4C once a service ticket is completed to initiate the survey
