system data upload issue from LMDB to Maintenance planner

Hi ,

Is it possible to upload the system data of a newly installed <SID> ( soft comps) from development and production solution manager systems to maintenance planner ?

Both have a different set of managed systems.

When I try to upload the system data of a technical system from LMDB to maintenance planner in development solution manager system. I got a message that "not possible from non-production system".

any workarounds?

what are the settings required if we want to upload from two systems?

what are the configurations required for this functionality to work correctly overall?

I would appreciate all your inputs...

But I would want to know the resolution for the issue.

while trying to upload the technical system from LMDB to service market place. I am getting the below errors.

Warning The system constellation is empty

Warning Detailed system information are required if you want to upload data to the Maintenance planner and work with the system(s) there.
The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal.

Do you see any error message when you try to upload data from LMDB to Maintenance planner?

You can upload the data manually of particular SID to SAP Support Portal from LMDB by using the option Upload to SAP Portal available under SAP Support portal of LMDB overview Screen.

I dont see the new system <SID> is reflecting in Maintenance planner.

though landscape fetch job is running successful.

Hi ,

Only data from Production solman can be uploaded to MP ,if you want to do from DEV you have the change the role of the system to Production.

Are you getting missing data in MP or not even the system entry in the MP.

Check the following notes once

1. 2421317 - System constellation is empty when Upload to SAP Suport Portal

2. 2186164 - Problem in replicating systems to Maintenance Planner

Hi ,

The new technical system ID appears in both solution manager systems.( development and production)
But I pushed the system information from SLD to the production solution manager 7.1 SP11.

while trying to upload the technical system from LMDB to service market place. I am getting the below errors.

I have already applied the notes 2050352 and 2002546 in solution manager.

what can be the reason. Any work around for making the new system to appear in maintenance planner?

Hi Daniel,

Can you kindly tell us, in which Solution Manager System ( Production or Development) you are pushing the SLD data from your Satellite system please ? (Transaction Code RZ70)

Also I wanted to be clear a bit here, do you want to upload the SLD Data of your newly built system to both Development and Production Solution Manager at the same time and then upload it to maintenance planner ?
