Data not getting displayed on PDA for mobile webdynpro application!

Hi Everyone!

I am working on mobile webdynpro application. The component uses an adaptive RFC model. All is fine when i check the appli URL on desktop. I could see data being displayed for all function modules. And for checking the same on a PDA , i have given the same URL and appended the string "Sap-Wd-Client =PieClient" for rendering sake. I am able to see all the pages but without data. Also none of the gif images are shown in the page. I am not able to understand why this is happening!

I am using an Imate PDA with WINDOW2003 on it.

Can someone suggest me what could be the possible reason for this?

    hello krishna,

    did you append "Sap-Wd-Client =PieClient" or "Sap-Wd-Client=PieClient" (w/o

    the space char)? also did you add the "&" before it?

    Hi,

    as far as i know PIE doesn't support a lot of things supported in your Desktop IE. the PIE is similar to your IE 4.0. So this could be the possible problem with your rendering...

    to enable the same, download PDA Specific tools from microsoft site and install it on your PDA. then you'll have an option to enable JScripts (which is similar to Java Scripts) in your PDA and also upgrade your PIE to the level of IE6.0.
