How to manage US Tax Depreciation Changes

Our tax department currently uses BNA for all US Tax Depreciation. As we are upgrading to S4/Hana, the question has come up if SAP fully supports US Tax Depreciation Changes. Do then provide support notes that can be applied when changes occur? Our tax folks are not in a position to monitor all the different rule changes and will only consider using SAP if the tax law changes are monitored and solutions provided directly by SAP. Thoughts? Comments? How are other companies managing these changes and updates in SAP?

    In the past, SAP has issued notes for significant changes in US tax convention but not for all.

    Virtually all of the customers I've worked with have used SAP to track tax values and none seem to have a problem keeping up with minor regulation changes and then incorporating those into SAP.
