Hi Leon,
Refer to SAP Note 2077101 for Troubleshooting add-on Installation and Initialization. You can try the following steps:
1. Stop SAP Business One
2. Log off all users from the affected database
3. Back up the affected database
4. Run the following queries on the affected database:
- delete from OARI
- delete from ARI1
5. Delete temporary folders:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\SAP
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SAP
%Temp%
6. Start SAP Business One as Windows administrator.
