Initial Load_R/3 to CRM_objects not in CRM

Hi Experts,

After successful initial load from R/3 to CRM, in R3AM1in CRM (Monitor Load objects) the status light turns to green but its yellow and is still in "running" state from the past 10 days. The object name is "DNL_CUST_SALES" and the report is "SMOF_MONITOR_SMOFDSTAT".

Please let me know what is to done for those objects to flow to CRM. Or how do i debugg

Thanks and Regards,

Prudhvi

    Hi Prudhvi,

This kind of error is very common during one of the customizing objects initial load.

First cancel the object using the transaction R3AM1.

The object DNL_CUST_SALES transfers the following R/3 table entries into CRM. First one is R/3 table and the later is CRM table.

    T171 = CRMV_DISTRICT_MD, TVLV = CRMV_USAGE, TVV1 = CRMV_CUSTGRP1,TVV2 = CRMV_CUSTGRP2, TVV3 = CRMV_CUSTGRP3, TVV4 = CRMV_CUSTGRP4 and TVV5 = CRMV_CUSTGRP5

Check the table entries in both the systems. If they are same then ignore the object. If not same run the object one more time

    Reward if helps,

    Thanks,

      Hi SK,

Use the transaction SE16 in both the systems to find out number of entries in each table. for e.g. in r/3 use the table T171 and in crm CRMV_DISTRICT_MD

If the entries are not same then run the load again.

      Reward if helps

    Hello ,

I cant say what exactly is the problem but I feel someone might have deleted the table entries in CRM manually. This leads to the object running forever.

PLease check the entries in the corresponding table in R/3 and in CRM . TO find out the mapping between tables please goto mapping module in Object definition.

If the entries are same, I do not see a problem with object being yellow. Hope this helps .

    Best regards,

    Ashvini
