LPD_CUST tile type Transaction/GUI back button returns to Easy Access Menu

In some situations where SAP has not provided a GUI tile, we must create a tile in LPD_CUST with type Transaction, the tile opens with the User, Home and Back buttons.

However since this type of tile opens in a new window, pressing the FIORI back button presents the users with the "Start Easy Access Menu" button, which is not relevant for our scenario. Would prefer if this Fiori back button was hidden, or tile did not open in new window and back returned to home screen.

Entering managed=FioriWave1 in Additional Information field does not embed in same window as it does for other types of tiles.

Is there some way to remove this ability from these types of tiles?

Please have a look at this excellent RIG Step-by-step guide to enable Easy Access Menu in S/4HANA 1610 On-Premise.

As point 3. In the Common Issues and Solutions section on page 22 it describes your scenario and potential fix.

Thanks for the document but this does not describe our scenario nor a fix - We wish to disable any access to the Easy Access menu.
