Deploy jdbc driver Issue

Hello Experts,

I am facing issue while deploying JDBC driver on MII 15.1 SP3. I am able to upload the jar file without any issue.
Now when I deploy all files, I get message as "Deployment request sent, refresh the JDBC drivers list to confirm".
When I refresh, The status for JDBS driver is still as "Uploaded".

I am able to quickly deploy the same JDBC driver on other MII 15.1 server without any error.

Please let me know the how can I debug this?
