Billing Document Date & Posting Date for Billing Accounting Document is Different what is reason?

I have one query regarding Posting Date of Billing Accounting Document in FI is different than Billing Document date. Example is given ATTACHMENT for BKPF & VBRKvbrk-1.pngbkpf-1.png
