Purchase order printing problem

How do I Print the Purchase Order.

Add to Viswanath:

Use tcode MN04 to automatice determine output type for PO

Here you setup timing to 4 so the moment you save PO it will got for printing if Release procedure is not applicable.

Hi,

First of all you have to maintain message determination, you can do this in ME21N by clicking on messages icon and maintain your message output, communication method etc. Check print immediately etc...

Then save the PO. If any releases (approvals) are applicable, release the PO.

Then go to Tcode: ME9F and execute. Then the purchase order will get printed in the printer which is assinged.
