Bad or Missing Storyboard configuration file (~studio.ini)

The solution to this problem (Bad or Missing Storyboard configuration file (~studio.ini)) is to use IE6 and NOT IE7.

Internet Explorer 7 has problem with the NW24004s Java installation, particularly with the Visual Composer.
