Account ID range in C4C

Dear experts,

I have to migrate customers via migration tool in C4C as initial migration from existing cutomer native system.

However, customer have accounts with more than 6 characters in account ID. Where and how I can increase number range to 10 characters?

Hi Zoran,

I once handled such a scenario where there were multiple external customer id's, by defining new extentsion fieds in C4C. The fields are included in the migration templates and there fore can be uploaded as such.

Hi

Check the below step for business partner number ranges

1. Business Configuration-Implementation Projects-Open Activity List-Fine-tune
2. Open the General Business Partners and select Number ranges for business partners
3. Change your required ranges
