Problem reissuing certificate for SSO

Hi all,

I'm using EP6 SP16 & BW 3.1.

The EP and BW had SSO configured between them (one way certificate - the portal sends the ticket to the BW).

This worked until last week. Since the portal was installed two years ago the certificate is invalid (the certificate has default validity of two years).

I tried to create the certificate according to this weblog:

/people/michael.nicholls/blog/2006/09/13/whats-small-and-useful-but-often-doesnt-last-as-long-as-you-want

and imported it to the BW by using strustsso2 (I deleted the original certificate from the BW).

Also, when I first configured the SSO I used this weblog:

/people/julia.kielbasiewicz/blog/2005/04/17/integration-of-sap-business-warehouse-and-enterprise-portal-150-single-sign-on (it worked without any problem).

The 'login/accept_sso2_ticket' in the BW is set to 1.

The 'login/create_sso2_ticket' in the BW is set to 0 (for this parameter I'm not sure if I need to change it 2).

The portal & BW usernames are the same.

The portal & BW clock is set to the time (so ticket should be valid).

When I do the 'Test Connection with Connector' test I get an error.

Am I doing something wrong?

How can I troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks,

Omri
