Status of STS

Hi,

Anybody knows if with the predefined status of STS, data of each status are recorded in the cube of BW??

Each status is recorded into UPS_CHANGELOG table.

One more cuestion,

if possible that the user encloses documents (word, excel) to the layout after introduce data in it? (when he forward the e-mail to his superior)

Yes, this is possible with functionality of documents
