Inactive account HANA: eclipse neon

When I'd like to connect SAP HANA cloud through eclipse neon


I've got error "Inactive account activate it via account confirmation email" although It is log in successfully through web browser in HANA cockpit. Please provide me solution for this problem.

You used the username "SYSTEM" as username for the the SAP Cloudplatform Account. SYSTEM is the DB user and not the Cloud Platform user. On the trial system your Cloud Platform user is the same than your account name without the "trial" at the end. After that step you are asked for the DB/schema you wanna connect to + the username and password for the DB.

Please ensure also, that you are using the right password for logging in to the Cloud Platform account.
