The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable;

Hi All,

We are facing problem when we try loging on to the webshop(http://<host>:<port>/b2b/b2b/init.do.)

We are getting the error message "The catalog that you have selected is currently

unavailable; try again later"

We have uploaded the Product catalog to TREX without any errors.

We have configured the shopadmin settings and webshop settings

correctly.

Even the B2C scenario is giving the same error.

Thanks and regards,

Karunakar.

Hi Karuna,

In TREX Admin please check whether Rfc Server is multi threaded or single threaded. If it is single threaded then change it to Multi threaded and try.

Hi Subhabrata,

We got it resolved taking the help of SAP.

The problem is with the RFC, we didnt mentioned the Gateway host and the service in it.

Thanks and regards,

Hi Karuna,

Can you please open the Trex admin and check the RFC connection from it to CRM system.

Hi Subhabrata,

We have checked the RFC connections from Trex to CRM. It is working fine.

According to our observation, the problem is coming when Java Client is trying to connect to Trex.

Looking at the error message "The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable" i think there is a problem in getting the product catalog from the IIS server.

Can any one help me in finding the log about the events happening once we give the url http://<host>:<port>/b2b/b2b/init.do.

Thanks in advance,

Karunakar. K

Check on the WAS whether Trex services are starting and RFC to Trx in SAP CRM Gui is successful.

Then do the initail replication and try

If not go into the log folder in the server of that application and check for errors

HI Surya,

I have checked the RFC connection to TREX in SAP Gui and even the Trex services started in WAS. But the problem is still coming.

If you dont mind can you please provide the path for the log folder in the server which you are telling about.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Karunakar

I have also faced the similar problem in my implementation.

Check the RFC connection for Trex server through transaction SM59.

If it is not OK then you will find this kind of error.

In that case you have to include the CRM server name in the RFC connection of TREX.(You have to do this setting through TREX admin).

Thanks
