Service order not created from repair order

Hi,

Need help in generating service order from repair order. Configurations are being followed as standard. Requirement class and type are maintained as standard ( 204 req class and SERP req type).

when i'm creating an repair order, it is giving an error "Material not found in plant (check entry)" -> Message no. CO010

and after this it is going on dump. Material is maintained in the plant and OISD setting is also mainatined properly.

Need suggestion.

May I know if you are using Repair order with Service Material or without Service Material ?

Settings would differ in both cases

I'm using service material to create the repair order. Same service material is maintained in OISD.
