PU12 extraction - Deleting tables from config

Hi All,

I am trying to extract data from ZL clusters using transaction PU12 (In ECC 6). I changed the z-interface format (under tab configuration) to delete the infotypes that I didnt need to extract data from. Upon execution I am getting a dump -

Error Analysis:-

"The structure of the COMMON PART "DIFFERENCE_CHECK" in program "RPCOTPU1" is different from the corresponding area in the calling program "ZPEXPZTUS".

Length of the COMMON PART in program RPCOTPU1: 40224 bytes.

Length of the COMMON PART in program ZPEXPZTUS: 11872 bytes."

Has anybody encountered such a situation?

Hi Amit

Please try the following steps:

a) Enter transaction PU12

b) Interface Format OTMx (where x stands for country code).

c) Change

d) Depress the Attribute icon and Activate the "No Retroactivity"

selection.(amending the "no retroactive accounting" box)

e) Save and then generate the Interface Formats.

I was able to solve the problem by creating a new interface format (w/o using the copy from option).
