internal error

when i'm creating a sales order and through the transaction MIGO...after posting the error is displayed as FORM/FUCNTION. .......

this goes like this

migo>>order number>>giving the stock requests>>flag item OK>>then post>>

here comes the problem it is displaying an internal error

can anybody sort this out...... its very urgent
