Define Numbering Series Error while executing Service call base report

Hi Experts,

Service ---> Service Reports ----> Service Call , under that when I select Handled By selection criteria as any user.

I am getting this error :- 'To generate this document, first define the numbering series in the Administration module [Message 131-3]'

Hi Amith, Did you find a solution for this query? I am experiencing the very same issue when trying to run the Service Report on a new database, using 'manager' with full authorization & using the default numbering series. (9.2 PL07)

Please check numbering series of service calls has been correctly defined please confirm you are facing same issue on super user also if you are not facing this issue on super user then its authorization issue

This is not the answer is hapening to me as well have both authorisation and an existing number series. !

Check the user has authorization on numbering series if yes and you are still facing error then go to authorization and define numbering series for the said document
