I need some help while settling the assets.

I am getting an following error while Actual Settlement of asset.

Hi Shally,

Check the Depreciation area to which Asset "000032000032-0000" is assigned to.

In the Dep area setting might be the Check box for allowing Negative Book value is unchecked. Check the setting, it will solve your problem.

I have checked in as02 for mentioned asset.

But i am confused. where should i check that check box.

Pls can provide me an tcode and steps to get that screen.
