how can I tell what Handling units are in a delvery (VL02N) . HOw can I unassigned these and add an alternative

Use tcode SE16/SE16N
Use table VBFA with VBFA - VBTYP_N = X to find handling units (VBFA - VBELN) for delivery (VBFA - VBELV). You can further pass VBFA - VBELN = VEKP - VENUM to find Handling unit Numbers - VEKP - EXIDV.
