IMA11 getting ABAP run time error

Dear Experts,

While using IMA11 in IDES system i am getting ABAP run time error.
Below are its details:

Short text Error code

"00 951"

What happened?

Error in the SAP kernel.

The current ABAP "CL_PERS_ADMIN=================CP" program had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected an internal system error.

Error analysis

There is an internal system error. eliminated with ABAP/4.

Please can you let me know the way to resolve this issue to proceed.
