what documents you want ,
first read the best business practices.
take a company which is into different industry sectors,
try to understand that company business process,
try to map it on the system,
if you find any difficulty just refer the r/3 library,
dont depend on others,

Dear Dinesh,
The best documents are
1) Siemens material
2) Implementing SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution by Glynn C. Williams
McGraw-Hill.
Both are easily available. If you are having any problem in getting them . i will arrange for you.
Please give me reward points if you find it useful.

Rakesh

The flow of Sales & Distribution is as follows:
Inquiry (Optional) --> Quotation (optional) --> Sales Order --> Outbound Delivery (Delivery + Pick (optional) + Pack (optional) + Post Goods Issue) --> Billing --> Excise Invoice (incase of Indian Manufacturing Scenario).
WRT documentation, there are many helpful sites. However, I recommend you to use this link of help.sap.com & go through SAP Best Practices. You have documentation of basic configuration for almost all modules, along with scenario based business process & configuration guide.
