how to unselect the remember my answer option if checked to answer Yes already and selected remember? Now Update document rows according to new BP's data appear automatically doesn't appear anymore for this user login

HI,

You have to enter as the User with "the Problem"

use this query to get information:

SELECT * FROM OMPF T0

Then go to
Administration - Setup - General - message preferences

mark the row... rightclick - remove...

Hello, We ran the query SELECT * FROM OMPF and got SelctedBtn value to be 1 for all records in the table. Even if we change message preferences for a user/form/message, the SelctedBtn value isn't changing. How do we determine what is the remembered answer? We are on 9.3PL11. Thanks.
