CERTIFICATE ERROR MESSAGE WHEN ACCESSING ESS IN EP7.0

Hi Experts,

We are getting error message ' content was blocked because it was not singed by valid security certificate' when accessing ESS in EP7.0. Browser is IE11. Attached is screenshot of error message.

could anyone suggest what could be the reason for the issue.
