Hi,

Use T-Code PFCG enter ther role name W:xxxxxxrole

In the authorization Tab click on

Change Authorization Data

Search for object L-TCode

Object Obj.class Auth. object text

Go to the concern object and double click on the

Transaction Code column

You will be prompted with popup box from and to

Enter AWT* (or what ever T-codes you want to assing) and click on save button.

Then all T-Codes starts with AWT will be assinged to user who has been assinged this role.

I hope this helps.

The concern T-Codes can be assigned for the follwoing objects please check I just gave you an example.

Hi Khaiser,

please follow these steps,

1) execute the t-code "pfcg".

2)in the role text box enter "z:gl_tax_accountant" & click on edit(pen) icon.

3)from the tab panes, select "menu"

4)there you will find a button with label "+transaction", click on that.

5)in Assign transactions pop-up window, press "f4".enter the transactions "ftw*" and click "ok" icon.

6)then it will show you all the t-codes starting with "ftw****", select 1 by 1 & click "ok" and press enter after each t-code (then you will see the short description of each t-code).

7)after assigning each all the t-codes, click "save". (u will be back to main screen "pfcg")

😎 then select "authorization" tabed pane & click "expert mode for profile generator". in the pop window select the last option "read old status & merge new objects" & then it will show you list of object & after cross checking, then save & click "generate profile" for the role.

9) then select "user" tabed pane & enter the list of user ids to whom this particular role to be assigned.

and save this.

hope this detail steps will help you.

Hi,

The steps are same. If you can let me know what objects which makes you confisued I will explain in details which would be of more help.

Object Obj.class Auth. object text

I_TCODE PM PM: Transaction Code

You can add FTW in the above object. I have mentioned how to add the T-Codes which starts with FTW*. Check for exact T-Codes which needs to be added.

Why I am asking for a particular object to explain because there are many objects which one should I start and which objects do you actuall need help.

Just to make your job easy and fast I am asking for exact objects.

I hope you are clear.
