I had an response to a question I had but I am needing some additional information. I was told to create a formula - @order which contains: If Orderfield in [xxx,xxx] then 1 else 0. I did this and then added the following to the group selection formula - Sum(@order, patientgroupfield) > 0. This still does not work for me. Maybe the issue is that the patient can have a lot of different orders but I am only wanting to see the patients that DID NOT have the 2 orders I am looking for in the formula. I still get the patients that DID HAVE the orders.

Hi Curt,

Change your formula to:

Sum ({@order}, {table.PATIENTID}) >= 1;

You should have a group based on patient. I assumed it would be something called PATIENTID. The difference between your Sum and mine is mine does a subtotal for each patient. Yours does a grant total for all patients.

Good luck,

Brian
